Meet Cathy
For years, Cathy endured what she refers to as "the plus-5 life" — which
means she would lose weight, but then gain it back, plus 5 extra pounds. After exhausting
every strategy she could think of to lose weight, Cathy was finally able to start
making some healthy changes by working with her Healthyroads Coach®.
Though she admits she was a slow starter, Cathy soon began to make real changes
in her life. Walks with her dog became longer and more frequent. She ate more fish
and vegetables. And she found that drinking water helped to curb her appetite.
Results
Since joining the Healthyroads Coaching® program, Cathy has lost
73 pounds! In addition, her BMI, blood pressure, and cholesterol have all dropped
in a big way. Cathy knew her life had changed when she went shopping at a new store
and could fit into size 2 blue jeans. She feels better about herself and is enjoying
her good health. And her dog is a lot happier, too!
